Mr. True has been Clermont County Treasurer since June, 1988. As County Treasurer he serves as the Chief Investment Officer for the County and is a member of the County Budget Commission, County Board of Revision and Automatic Data Processing Board.
Mr. True, prior to becoming County Treasurer, was a Judge Pro-Tem of the Clermont County Court, Past President of the Clermont County Bar Association, Chairman of the County Planning Commission, Member of the Board of Health and is a member of the Common Pleas Court Judges' Committee on Notaries Public and a member of the Clermont County and Ohio State Bar Associations.
A graduate from Batavia High School in 1956, he obtained a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Muskingum College in 1960 and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1963.
