TheCLERMONT COUNTY TREASURER’S OFFICEwould like to encourage taxpayers to utilize the “How to Pay” options below for tax payments. (Online, Phone, Mail, or Dropbox)
If you do not have a bank account and typically pay by cash, but do not want to visit our office in person, we do accept Money Orders which may be obtained at USPS or most banks. You may then utilize our drop box located at the front of the Administration Building or place it in US mail (be sure to include parcel (s) # on the Money Order).
If you choose to visit our office, we ask you wear a mask face covering and maintain social distancing. Occupancy of customers in our lobby is limited, at this time.

*IF YOU HAVE YOUR PAYMENT SET UP THROUGH YOUR BANK PLEASE BE SURE THE REMIT TO ADDRESS IS CHANGED.
*IF YOU DO NOT CHANGE THE ADDRESS, IT MAY DELAY PAYMENT PROCESSING.
You can no longer pay your real estate taxes at the local banks. Please mail your payment in the envelope provided with your bill before the due date or pay your taxes at the Treasurer’s office, online through Treasurer’s website or through your bank’s online services.
Real Estate Tax
Real Estate Taxes are now certified for Tax Year 2020 and are available for viewing by clicking the Real Estate Search link.
The First Half Real Estate Tax Bills will be mailed January 29, 2021.
The First Half Real Estate Due Date is February 26, 2021.
Payments received after that date will be assessed a statutory late payment penalty of 5% for the first 10 days after the due date. The full 10% penalty will be assessed thereafter.
Manufactured Homes
Manufactured Home Taxes are now certified for Tax Year 2021 and are available for viewing by clicking the Real Estate Search link.
The First Half Manufactured Home Tax Bills will be mailed February 5, 2021.
The First Half Manufactured Home due date will be March 1, 2021.
Payments received after that date will be assessed a statutory late payment penalty of 5% for the first 10 days after the due date. The full 10% penalty will be assessed thereafter.
Duties
Statutory duties of the Clermont County Treasurer:
To collect real estate property taxes.
To collect personal property taxes (taxes levied on a business’ equipment and inventory).
To collect manufactured home taxes.
To invest the county’s cash on hand.
To arrange pre payment plans and delinquent payment plans for taxpayers as determined by Ohio law.
To assist individuals in searching Ohio’s Unclaimed Funds database.
To assist individuals to register to vote.
